ideal location easy access impeccably maintained hotel supreme tranquility
i found the location ideal with trams available very nearby so access was easy i also appreciated the impeccably maintained hotel because tranquility reigned supreme the staff's friendliness enhanced my stay and the concierge proved helpful and proactive so i had a wonderful time i will surely return here.

the front desk provided helpful recommendations and booked a great tour for me every interaction with the staff proved valuable the breakfast service included attentive wait staff so i never felt unattended to at any time.

the hotel features a bar area with an open terrace i found it a wonderful place for relaxation i also had a nice tasting menu at the ocak restaurant located within the hotel with a chance to learn about local cuisine.

the rooms boast very high ceilings providing a sense of space they are also maintained to a very clean standard everything worked as expected so the stay proved comfortable at all times with no issues whatsoever.

the location allows easy walking distance to the waterfront and several must-see buildings the hotel resides on a quiet street providing a peaceful atmosphere though close to main attractions and public transportation i could reach my destinations in no time.

quiet luxury in the heart of it all
spacious room excellent breakfast accommodating staff convenient location
I found the hotel beautifully decorated and very quiet, despite its central location. my room was spacious and contained all the amenities i needed for my stay. breakfast provided a marvelous choice of items including fruit, yogurts, juices, and hot options. the staff were accommodating. They allowed me to stay in my room until late at night before my flight.

the hotel has a gym located underground without windows, yet it still provides adequate equipment for a workout. i saw a cozy bar area that was well-stocked and maintained. the restaurant offered a pleasant atmosphere for dining (i noticed the tables were nicely set).

This hotel is centrally located. I found it within walking distance of many attractions. it not sketchy at all walking around late at night in this area. the proximity to major dining options was definitely convenient.

unregulated temperature ac issue
The location was convenient for accessing various parts of the city.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. Despite requesting adjustments, I was advised to turn off the AC and use a blanket. This wasn't a comfortable solution considering the cool weather.

great location minute walk comfortable rooms
the location was great for accessing trams. It was a less than five-minute walk away. The hotel is very well maintained and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped.
i found the breakfast service to be only adequate. The offered croissants were consistently over baked. It really stood out .

helpful staff good tour attentive staff quiet street
The front desk staff recommended a good tour. They also assisted with restaurant bookings. The varied breakfast included attentive wait staff. The location is convenient. It is close to main attractions and public transportation. I found it was still on a quiet street.
The bathroom looked a little tired. This did not bother me too much, though.
